RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Shipping and Returns

We ship from Teru,Alwarpet. We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at eatatteru@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
 
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping Policy

We ship from Teru, Alwarpet. We currently do not offer Cash On Delivery.
We do not refund for packages lost in transit.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We do not take responsibility for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back at TERU and will incur a reshipment fee.

Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to deliver the best quality products.
As a policy, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and no exchange or returns are offered at the moment as we are trying to reduce wasteful productions. 
 
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order subject to availability and the same must be notified within 24hrs of delivery with supporting images and videos for the same. The product must be re-shipped to our studio within 24hrs of notifying, upon receiving and examining the product, the right product will be delivered to the customer in 7 working days. Please note, if the product we receive fails the testing process, we reserve every right to send back the product, which will incur a re-shipment fee. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer won't be refunded. 

Refund Policy

Since returns are not accepted at this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. In special circumstances, please email us at eatatteru@gmail.com. We will review your email and will get in touch with you to sort any concerns you might have.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective/damaged subject to availability of the product. In such cases, re-shipping of the defective product should be arranged by the customer, while the shipping charges can be claimed from the brand upon presented with a copy of the shipping bill.
